Ashley Marquez is the owner and team lead of GTX Realty Group, a Galveston-based real estate team built around local expertise, strategic marketing, and exceptional client service. Named a 2026 HAR 20 Under 40 Rising Star and voted Best Real Estate Agent in Galveston County for 2024 and 2025, Ashley has established herself as one of the area’s leading real estate professionals.
Her connection to real estate began long before becoming an agent. Growing up around her grandfather, a real estate investor, Ashley learned early on the value of property ownership, investing, and recognizing opportunity. Today, as both a Realtor and real estate investor herself, she brings that perspective to clients throughout Galveston Island and the surrounding coastal communities.
As a Galveston local, Ashley offers firsthand knowledge of the island’s neighborhoods, lifestyle, investment opportunities, and unique coastal real estate market. Her experience spans luxury and waterfront properties, primary residences, second homes, vacation properties, investment real estate, and new construction.
Ashley founded GTX Realty Group to provide clients with a boutique, high-touch real estate experience backed by innovative marketing and a dedicated team. In its very first year, GTX Realty Group was voted Best Real Estate Company in Galveston County for 2024—a recognition that reflects the team’s commitment to service, professionalism, and results.
Known for her creative approach to real estate marketing, Ashley combines strong digital and social media strategy with market knowledge, honest guidance, and hands-on service. Whether buying, selling, or investing, her goal is to help clients make confident real estate decisions while providing a seamless experience from beginning to end.
Ashley holds the ABR®, PSA, RSPS, and SRS designations and has received numerous industry recognitions, including 2026 HAR 20 Under 40 Rising Star, Best Real Estate Agent in Galveston County for 2024 & 2025 by Galveston.com, The Daily News 40 Under 40 (2020), and recognition as one of Texas’ top real estate agents on social media. When she isn’t working with clients or leading GTX Realty Group, Ashley enjoys giving back to the Galveston community, supporting local animal rescue efforts, and spending time fishing and outdoors with her husband and their rescue dogs.
