Ashley Marquez, owner of GTX Realty Group and voted Best Real Estate Agent in Galveston County for 2024, has been immersed in real estate from an early age. Her grandfather was a real estate investor, and growing up around his stories, properties, and lessons shaped how she views real estate today. That early exposure helped her become not only a knowledgeable agent but a smart investor and landlord herself.
As a Galveston local, Ashley knows the island inside and out—from the best neighborhoods to invest in, to the hidden gems buyers fall in love with.
